MicroOLAP PaGoDump for PostgreSQL TODO List

Done in the version 8.4.1:

• Support for PostgreSQL 8.4.1 introduced
• Support for several dump libraries added (8.3.8, 8.4.1)
• "Ignore Version" option restored for pre-8.4.x libraries

Done in the version 8.4.0:

• Support PostgreSQL 8.4 version
• Support for "No Tablespace" funtionality so that dumps can be restored to clusters that have non-matching tablespace layouts
• Remove "Ignore Version" as deprecated since PosgreSQL v8.4
• Add "Lock Wait Timeout" option to allow dumps to fail if unable to acquire a shared lock within the specified amount of time
• Reorder "Only Data" output to dump tables referenced by foreign keys before the referencing tables
• Allow PaGoDump to use a specified role
